Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Yes, International Shipping is available. International Priorty shipments are used for orders that weigh over 4 pounds. International First Class shipping is less expensive, but is limited to under 4 pounds in weight and cannot be tracked once it leaves the USA. Currently, we are not able to incorporate International First Class shipping cost into our shopping cart. We are still able to provide this service to send your order if it weighs under 4 pounds, but it will have to be billed and processed manually. Please contact info@atbquilts.com to find out more.
Question: Do you ship to Military Bases outside of the US?
Answer: Yes, I will am happy to ship to APO and FPO addresses.
One of the reasons for setting up the shopping cart on the Internet was to afford individuals the opportunity to order our products. "Our family lived in Brandon, Suffolk, England for three years while my husband filled his US Air Force assignment at RAF Mildenhall. I missed having good quilt shops close by, so I'm glad I can make these kits and fabrics easy for all of you to order.
Question: How do I know my credit card information will be secure?
Answer: You will not be asked to enter this sensitive info until it is safe. You will know it is secure when you see the address line at the top of your screen begin with "https" rather than just http.
We here at ATB Quilts never see your credit card number, and we like it that way!
Question: What is included in your Quilt Kits?
Answer: Unless stated otherwise, each quilt kit contains the pattern and the fabric (100% Cotton) to complete the quilt top and the binding to match. Some kits may also contain backing and/or accessories such as buttons or trims.
Question: Why does the shopping cart still show up after I have completed the check out process?
Answer: I don't know why! I have spoken to the 'gurus' about it and they have assured me it is meant to be that way - so the customer can see what was purchased. Seems a little silly to me but there you go. If you have completed and submitted the payment and shipping info (This is all done on a page sponsored by PayPal) and are then directed back to Around the Block Quilters Shop - you should be good.
Question: I'm having trouble with the coupon code. Is there a secret to it?
Answer: Not a secret - but a correct sequence. You must put the code in before going to the checkout page. (You can back-up if you have already gone too far.) The shopping cart box appears in the upper right-hand side of the screen when you add anything to it. Notice within this box a prompt to enter Coupon Code or Promo Code. When you click on this it will open up a window with the special spot to type in your code. Type it in - submit or continue - and the discount will appear when you check out.
